Why business owners come to us

We’re Sadia and Ian Barlow, winners of the 2022 Phoenix Enterprise Awards and personal branding photography team based in West London. Since 2017 we’ve photographed more than 100 business owners, founders, coaches and consultants, and made images that actually look like them rather than a version of them holding still.

Plenty come back for a second session, some for a third. That probably tells you more about how the day feels than anything we could write here.

Every shoot happens on location, because your brand lives in your world, not in a studio. Sessions start from £250.

Most business owners don’t struggle because they lack skill or experience. They struggle because what they do has evolved, but how they present themselves hasn’t kept pace.

How a personal branding photography session works

Every session follows the same considered process, whether you book a 45-minute headshot or a full three-hour brand shoot.

1. Free consultation. A relaxed 20-minute conversation to understand your business, your goals and whether we're the right fit. No pressure, no obligation.

2. Planning. You complete our personal branding questionnaire, then we talk through locations, outfits, timings and the feel you're going for. We do this properly, because the shoot itself runs much better when the thinking is done beforehand.

3. The shoot. We come to you. Sessions take place in Chiswick, Richmond, Brentford, and Ealing and across London. We work at your pace, keep things relaxed, and play music throughout. Most clients tell us afterwards it felt nothing like they expected, in a good way.

4. Delivery. Your edited images arrive within 21 days via a private online gallery, ready to use across your website, LinkedIn, social media and press.

Headshot Session — £250
45 minutes, 5 professionally edited images, 1 location. The right starting point if you need a strong, current professional portrait.

Brand Refresh — £525
1.5 hours, 20 images, 2 locations. Ideal if your existing photography is dated and you need a proper refresh across your platforms.

Full Brand Shoot — £995
3 hours, 40 images, 3 locations, 3 outfit changes. Built for business owners who want a full content library: website, social, press, LinkedIn, all covered in one session.

Where we work

We're based in West London and shoot on location across Chiswick, Richmond, Brentford, and Ealing. We also work across London and are available for shoots UK-wide. A travel fee applies for locations outside West London.

How much does a personal branding photography session cost in London?

I'm not comfortable in front of a camera. Can you help?

Almost everyone says this. A big part of what we do is making the session feel relaxed and natural. We guide you throughout, keep things conversational, play music, and work at your pace. Do I need a clear idea of my brand before I book?

No. That's part of what the planning consultation is for. We ask the right questions and between us work out the locations, the feel, the outfits and the story your images need to tell.
