What Actually Goes Into a Personal Branding Shoot

Here’s what a Full Brand Shoot at £995 actually involves, from first contact to final gallery.

Before the shoot (2 to 5 hours)

Before we even pick up a camera, we spend significant time getting to know you and your business. This includes:

• An initial consultation call to understand your brand, your clients and what you want your images to say about you
• Location scouting and planning, sometimes visiting locations in advance
• A detailed preparation guide covering outfits, styling and what to bring
• WhatsApp support in the lead-up to the shoot, answering questions and keeping you calm
• Creative planning: thinking through the story we want to tell, the variety of shots you need and how to make the most of your time

If we need to source props, research specific locations or coordinate anything unusual for your brand, that time increases. We have spent up to five hours preparing for a single shoot before.

The shoot itself (3 hours)

The session itself covers up to three locations and three outfit changes. We direct, guide and encourage throughout. For most clients, especially those who say they hate having their photo taken, a significant part of those three hours is simply making you feel at ease so the images look natural rather than forced.

After the shoot (a full day)

This is the part most people never think about.

Every image from your shoot is professionally edited, one by one. For a Full Brand Shoot, that means 40 finished images. Editing involves colour correction, skin retouching, light adjustments and making sure every image is consistent and polished. A full day’s editing is standard. For complex shoots it can take longer.

Then we build your private online gallery, organise everything clearly and deliver it within 21 days.
