Question 1

What is personal branding photography?

Accepted Answer

Personal branding photography is about creating a set of natural, professional images that reflect who you are and what your business stands for. It goes far beyond a headshot. It tells the story of you, your work, and what it feels like to work with you — so that potential clients can connect with you before they ever make contact.

Question 2

How is personal branding photography different from a headshot?

Accepted Answer

A headshot is a single portrait, usually head and shoulders, used for LinkedIn or a press bio. Personal branding photography is a full set of images across multiple locations and outfits, designed to give you a library of content that works across your website, social media, and marketing materials. It captures your personality, your working style, and your brand story.

Question 3

Do I need personal branding photography?

Accepted Answer

If you run your own business and your clients need to trust you before they hire you, then yes. People buy from people. The more clearly and consistently you show up online, the easier it is for the right clients to find you, connect with you, and choose you. Strong personal branding images are one of the most effective tools you have for building that trust quickly.

Question 4

What happens during a personal branding shoot?

Accepted Answer

Before the shoot, we have a planning consultation to understand your business, your brand, and what you need the images to do for you. On the day, we work across up to three locations with outfit changes built in. We play music, keep things relaxed, and guide you throughout so you never feel awkward or unsure. Most clients tell us it felt more like a conversation than a photoshoot.

Question 5

What if I hate having my photo taken?

Accepted Answer

This is the most common thing we hear, and it is exactly why we work the way we do. We spend time getting to know you before we pick up the camera. On the day, we give you clear, friendly direction so you are never left standing around wondering what to do with your hands. The images we create feel natural because we do the groundwork to make sure you feel comfortable first.

Question 6

Where are the shoots based?

Accepted Answer

We are based in West London and work with clients across Chiswick, Richmond, Ealing, Brentford, Hammersmith, Twickenham, Kew, and the surrounding areas. We can also travel further afield for the right shoot. Location scouting is part of our planning process, so we will find spots that suit your brand.

Question 7

How much does personal branding photography cost?

Accepted Answer

Our sessions start at £225 for a Headshot Session (45 minutes, 5 images). The Brand Refresh is £475 (1.5 hours, 20 images, 2 locations). The Full Brand Shoot is £850 (3 hours, 40 images, 3 locations, 3 outfit changes). All packages include an initial consultation and image delivery via private online gallery within 21 days.

Question 8

How long does it take to receive my images?

Accepted Answer

All images are delivered within 21 days of your shoot via your own private online gallery. Most clients receive theirs sooner. If you have a specific deadline, let us know at the planning stage and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Question 9

How do I book a personal branding shoot?

Accepted Answer

The first step is a free 20-minute consultation call where we find out about your business, what you need from the images, and whether we are the right fit for each other. You can book that directly through our website or send us a message via the contact form. There is no obligation and no hard sell.
